Menzel's Long Lake Home
This home is situated on a wooded lot on the north end of Long Lake, just outside of Traverse City, on the shores of Long Lake. The lower level of this is completely finished off and has an entertainment center with a sofa bed and Michigan sauna. The home has approximately 1500 square feet of living space. Included are living room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and garden tub in a large bathroom. The bedrooms have a queen bed in the main bedroom, and the second bedroom has a full bed. The new sofa bed is a full size bed also. The home will sleep 5-6 comfortably. Extra's include, gas grill and a large deck overlooking the lake. A nice beach area with sun deck and new dock are also provided.

The Chalet on East Bay
This lovely chalet-style waterfront home is located on the East arm of Grand Traverse Bay. The home is very comfortably furnished with five bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the lower level with a queen-size bed in each. There is also a sofa sleeper in the living room. The upper level has three bedrooms, one with two twin beds, and the remaining two with a twin bed in each. There is a fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area with breakfast bar. Appliances include a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washer & dryer. The living room includes a large fireplace and sliding glass door overlooking the water and leading to the deck and large lawn. The sugar sand beach is perfect for sunning and swimming. The home is located in a private neighborhood, yet is very close to town and many restaurants, shops and recreational locations.
